Meet the experts behind our company

Dutchmen4Investments has been founded by entrepreneurial advisors, who can build on years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions as well as a former principal and commercial director at one of the leading Dutch AgTech company, Codema Systems Group. Each of them has an extensive track record of successful transactions.

In addition they have been working together for many years. At Dutchmen we see big potential in every moment, and care deeply about what we do every day. Our unique development ensures that we have the best staff all over the world, and at every level of operation. Our leadership team reflects a group of diverse individuals with breadth and depth of experience across the company.

Gideon de Jager, a former principal and commercial director at the Dutch AgTech company, Codema Systems Group, will work with Dutchmen4Investments on business development, partnerships, market and competitive intelligence, and revenue generation strategies.

Bertus is co-founder of Alterim and Present Value, a consultancy firm that focuses on issues related to Finance & Control. As a co-entrepreneur, he is an excellent sparring partner for DGAs and ultimately responsible management. For that reason, Bertus became much involved in strategic policy-making, reorganization, financing and re-financing and succession issues.

Niek Baardemans

Niek Baardemans started his career in the accountancy at Ernst & Young (EY). After a few years he switched to a Dutch Private Equity company, UPM.
At UPM he learned the corporate finance profession in practice.
After 8 years at UPM, he decided in 1999 to go and work for himself as a corporate finance advisor. Together with Bertus Bove, he founded Present Value Corporate Finance in 2004

As for Dutchmen, the firm helps organizations to realize their ambitions by realizing lasting results.

We do this by managing transformations, managing projects and programs and filling management positions ad interim. She also advises organizations on information management, process optimization, operational management and (project) management.
